Happy Halloween!

What’s new with Campbell? Well she said “Mama” just as plain as day last Saturday while I was feeding her dinner. I said what? And again she said “Ma-Ma”. That was the first and last time she has said it, she hasn’t said Da-Da again either. She is expanding her vocabulary one word at a time.

I had Campbell all to myself last week from Wednesday until Sunday. Austin went down to Florida to take customers fishing, tough life huh? Saturday morning I ran my first 5k since having Campbell. I ran it in 35:47 which wasn’t too bad if you ask me, I ran the entire time and that is what matters the most to me. Afterwards Campbell & I did a little shopping and watched a little football. We bought Campbell her first pair of big girl shoes. She got her foot measured and she is wearing a 1.5, per the salesperson she has a tiny foot and is just a petite girl. Which is funny because whenever she was born everybody commented on her big feet, I told Austin the reason her feet looked so big is because her legs were so skinny. After we shopped for Campbell we went shopping for Mama and finally got some new clothes. We went to Batesburg on Sunday for Zoe’s baptism and out to eat lunch afterwards. Campbell was so great during the service & lunch. She wanted to talk and was smiling at everybody who looked her way. She loves being the center of attention!

We are now down to two naps. Campbell dropped the third nap herself and seems to be doing really well with that. We’ll continue to take a third nap as needed until around 8 months. We celebrated our first Halloween, is she not the most adorable bunny!

Here's hoping these two are best friends because we have the cutest pictures of them!

Just like her Mama, Emerson give me that snickers

My little bunny

We have taken some videos of Campbell recently which are the cutest thing ever. I need to upload them ASAP.

We are having Janine’s baby shower this weekend at our house. I cannot wait to shower her & Baby Graham. Austin left again today to head down to Florida until Sunday; it’s cool because I get my sweet baby all to myself!

Campbell stats from her 6 months doctor’s visit:
Weight: 13 lbs. 15 ounces (25th percentile)
Height: 23.5 inches (25th percentile)

We showed Dr. Dodds Campbell’s Indian trick that Gigi taught her and he was very impressed. The time changes this weekend, any idea how to get a baby to “fall back”? Here’s hoping Campbell doesn’t give me an early morning wake-up call Sunday morning.
