Falling for fall

How is the world is it November? This year is absolutely flying by and I cannot believe we are only two weeks away from Thanksgiving. I did realize yesterday I am completely done with Christmas shopping for Campbell. Luckily for her Santa has bought all of the things on her wish list because she has been such a good girl!

Fall is always so busy with football season and with lots of fall activities so I wanted to recap before we get into the holidays.

First up we headed to the Fall Festival in Batesburg. Campbell had the best time playing in the bouncy house, popping balloons, & dancing.

Next up we headed to Emerson & Jefferson's Halloween Party. Campbell had been so excited to wear her Elmo tutu. I let her decide if she wanted to be Minnie Mouse or Elmo for Halloween and of course she chose Elmo. To say she is obsessed would be an understatement. Every day leading up to Halloween if you asked Campbell what she wanted to wear the response was always Elmo tutu! Whitnie was so excited to host a Halloween party and the kids had a blast. We are already looking forward to next year.

We celebrated Gigi's birthday on October 22. It was nice to all of our family together and celebrating all that Gigi formally known as Mama does for us. We gave Mama this sweet plate that Campbell made as well as family photos we had done. Campbell was so excited to play with Uncle Boo and Chara. And as always she gave lots of love to Gigi.

We headed to the fair with the Hendrix. Campbell and Emmie had so much fun riding rides. They absolutely could not get enough. Of course my favorite thing as always was the food.

We headed to the Boo at the Zoo. To say my child is obsessed with candy would be an understatement. What can I say she gets it honestly?!? She caught on quite quickly to the whole Trick or Treat and racked up on some candy.

We headed to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out our pumpkin for carving, which Daddy promptly carved into Elmo!

We headed to SRC with some friends to practice our pumpkin carving skills and any reason to wear our Elmo tutu.

We finally wrapped up by celebrating Halloween by trick or treating at a few houses around the neighborhood. The girls had so much fun hitting up the four houses and were so excited about their candy.

Woo, I am exhausted thinking about all that we have done this last month. It has been so much fun sharing all of these experiences with Campbell.

I know Thanksgiving and Christmas are going to be so much fun this year and cannot wait.
