Alaska Adventures Part Three

Our last Alaska port was Skagway. I will say as far as the excursions go they were lacking for this port. We ended up choosing the White Pass Railway. It wasn't my favorite excursions but it was interesting and we learned about the history of the railway.

We grabbed lunch at Skagway Brewing Company before getting back on the boat. This was probably my favorite thing about the port sadly.

Last stop before arriving back in Seattle was beautiful Victoria, BC.

We took a carriage ride through Victoria and again we had gorgeous weather.

Lastly we had dinner on the water before heading back on the boat.

We certainly enjoyed our trip and couldn't have loved our cruise ship more. I would like to do a land and sea package the next time we visit Alaska. I would have liked more time to explore each port. Alaska was picturesque and we couldn't have had better weather. We had heard that the weather was hit and miss so we certainly lucked out.

Below are a couple of pictures of the bathroom which I think made a lot of difference in the upgraded room.

Alaska Adventures Part Two

Next up was our stop in Juneau, this was probably the port that Campbell was the most excited about. At this particular port we had planned to go dog sledding. The weather was again picture perfect. We were also fortunate that we got to snuggle four week old puppies. Of course this started the I want a puppy campaign from Campbell. Our response was we already have a puppy her name is Marley ha.

Next up we took the Mount Roberts Tramway in Juneau. The views were spectacular.

Next up we stopped by Red Dog Saloon for a drink. It's a Juneau fixture which was founded during Juneau's mining era and has been open for decades.

Next up we stopped by Tracy's King Crab Shack for beer and what else crab legs. Juneau has the cutest downtown.

Lastly we were back on the boat and Campbell and Austin were ready to ride the go carts.

Campbell waiting on the glaciers. See how nice the weather is! She's wearing short sleeves!

Next up Skagway and lastly beautiful Victoria, British Columbia.
